This well divided space allows for an exam/treatment table and a separate surgery suite so you can offer full service veterinary care to all your patients. Excellent storage, one large cage or two small (using the divider), countertop space for equipment, small generator with one AC for comfort and electrical plug-ins for all your diagnostic needs. This well designed workspace can handle you, a technician, and 1-3 furry patients. Very easy to drive and can park in most full size parking spaces. Only a Standard Driver’s License required.
